The agenda instead includes a Master Plan Consistency Review of Ordinance 26-24 (a townshipwide datacenter ban) and a separate Local Redevelopment and Housing Law resolution authorizing a preliminary investigation of NB Marketplace, Block 140.01, Lot 6.042.

Mr. Melanson and Ms. Malvone voice a preference for recreation or open space over warehouse use. A representative from the Environmental Commission raises concerns about the project.
