NEXT MEETING:
JULY 27, 2026 - 7:00 PM
710 HERMANN ROAD, NORTH BRUNSWICK, NJ 08902
NO WAREHOUSE
AT 100 FIDELITY PLAZA
We call on the Township of North Brunswick to reject Ordinance 26-13.
We reject having 50+ new truck bays on a historically congested offramp.
We reject having 24/7 noise and light pollution next to our homes and our schools.
We reject allowing a private corporation to buy our laws.
And we find the lack of transparency shown by our elected officials to be unacceptable.
The residents of North Brunswick reject the rezoning and proposed redevelopment plan at 100 Fidelity Plaza.
There's still time to stop this.
But only if we act.
Here's what you can do to help:
1. Show up.
Come to the next public hearing at 7:00 PM on July 27, 2026. Fill the room. Bring signs. Cheer on our neighbors. Step up to the podium. Even if you feel uncomfortable speaking, every person's presence is loud.
They are counting on our absence.
2. Spread the word.
Tell friends, family, and neighbors about the upcoming public hearing. Print flyers. Post on social media. Forward this site and the community resources site at North Brunswick Neighbors to everyone you know.
Flyers courtesy of North Brunswick Neighbors.
Until June 29, the Council has moved quietly on this matter. They tabled the vote once we showed up. It's up to us to keep our neighbors informed.
3. Contact our elected officials.
Make your voice heard in the days and weeks leading up to the final vote. Voice your dissatisfaction and your opposition to the redevelopment proposal.

Hello,
My name is [NAME] from [ROAD]. I refuse to accept an industrial truck terminal behind my home. I stand with my neighbors and demand the Council vote NO on Ordinance 26-13.
Thank you.
