THERE WILL BE
NO WAREHOUSE
AT 100 FIDELITY PLAZA
AND THERE WILL BE
NO DATACENTERS
IN NORTH BRUNSWICK
We call on the Township of North Brunswick to adopt Ordinance 26-24A.
We showed up to oppose the warehouse redevelopment at 100 Fidelity Plaza.
We organized, we kept our neighbors informed, and we took action.
We won this battle, but the vision of a datacenter-free North Brunswick is yet to be realized.
The Council has drafted the ordinance. The residents of North Brunswick now urge our elected officials to adopt a complete datacenter ban.
Here's what you can do to help:
1. Show up.
Come to the next public hearing at 07:00 PM on August 24, 2026. Fill the room. Bring signs. Cheer on our neighbors. Step up to the podium. Even if you feel uncomfortable speaking, every person's presence is loud.

Tell friends, family, and neighbors about the upcoming public hearing. Print flyers. Post on social media. Forward this site and the community resources site at North Brunswick Neighbors to everyone you know.

3. Contact our elected officials.
Make your voice heard in the days and weeks leading up to the final vote. Voice your support of the proposed datacenter ban.
